In order to print high quality prints, we need high quality print files. So here are our print file design guidelines:
All print files must be scaled to print size. Graphics that do not meet our guidelines might not be printed correctly.
  • Remember to remove all backgrounds.
  • Prints on white garments will not contain a white base unless otherwise specified.
  • Please be advised that we cannot guarantee 100% color accuracy if the files have not been adjusted using our DTG (direct to garment) color swatches for color correction.
  • Transparencies do not translate well in DTG printing. We advise that all colors remain solid.
  • Simply typing in a new resolution into the file will not result in a higher resolution print.
  • If placement is of high importance to you, please review our guidelines and ensure you have placed and sized your graphics to the desired dimensions/ placement. We cannot guarantee placement otherwise. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Print File size: 19" tall x 19" wide. Actual Pillow size: 18" tall x 18" wide. Safe Print Area: 17" tall x 17" wide.

Borders

We recommend not using borders. Due to shifting in the cutting process, borders may appear uneven.
Color Make sure the print file is set in RGB color space. Background Avoid transparent backgrounds. Use white color for background instead. Fonts All fonts should be converted to outlines, so you don't have to send over the font files. File format Please submit your files in PNG or PSD format/at least 150 dpi.
